As a member of the Karns Community, and for the Safety and Well Being of ALL Who travel on Oak Ridge Hwy. It is the following Constituents Wish that a Traffic Light be Immediately, or As Soon As is Possible, Installed on Oak Ridge Hwy as it Intersects between Wexgate Rd. And Byington Solway Rd. It is our hope, that the Installation of such a traffic light, will help to avoid any further loss of life, damaged property, physical injuries,etc. Due to the High Rate of Traffic Accidents at this Intersection. This is an issue We as a Constituency Feel Very Strongly About and Intend to pursue this Threat to All Members of the Karns Community, as well as the Thousands of Daily Commuters, as far as is needed.
