The recent floods in Karnak, Ullin, Belknap and Tamms are linked to the breach in the Karnak levy about a mile northeast of town. This breach floods the Lower Cache River and this floods all of these towns. This levy breached in April 2002 and is responsible for our flood in March 2008 and also April/May 2011. We need to get Big Creek Drainage and Cache River Drainage district to GET IT FIXED! If you are tired of the flooding, school and road closings, please sign this petition! Thank you. Craig A.
