Parents and students let fight the battle with Kaplan University. Everyone has a purpose on choosing online classes but Kaplan University is taking advantages of students. Some people needs are through their educational expenses but Kaplan University is withholding it back. Let's look at this scenario that is being forced by Kaplan to make students go 6 weeks of class before coming fully conditionally. Do you really think this is benefiting the student? No it isn't because student cannot become successfully if they don't have their educational expense check in a timely manner. We must count and add up every application fee they recieve from a students, the dollars add up. Why should a person have to wait especially if they have transferred credits from other schools. This is something Kaplan University made up. A student should be considered enrolled fully the first day of class or normal like any other college 9 days after the first day. I will research more problems that are here at Kaplan University and forward them to the attorney general, Higher Learning Commission and anybody else down the line. It is bad enough that I am still stuck trying to get an Bachelor Degree because Kapaln University doesn't tell the student upfront that their legal courses are not ABA and therefore, it is hard to transfer to another school, you will lose the credit and some of the classes will be accepted only for electives.
