k9 officer gets to say with his family and partner

Please don't take the dog away from his home and family !!

Everyone has to share this as much as possible....please help by spreading the petition and the video from Melonie Phelps...I am contacting the Humane Society...this is a case of abuse

This is absolutely absurd. This just goes to show a lack of knowledge and training amongst administration at the MPD.

I totally support Sgt. Phelps and Argos.

Let him keep his partner

This is crazy how can you do this to the citizens in Martinsburg. Ill be praying the PD does the right thing and keeps the only drug enforced K9.

There should be no reason this family member should be pulled away from his loved ones. I am once again disappointed in decisions being made by the martinsburg police department. Where is your heart???

We need more k9s in law enforcement. I would like to see officer Phelps remain with his partner.

This k9 should not be put with a different handler. He is comfortable and familiar with his current handler it would be devastating to not only the k9 but to the sargents family as well!

Let the K-9 stay with his family

He should be able to keep his partner plus if you take his partner you will take part of his family from him.

I think this officer should either be allowed to be an continue to be a K9 dog and leader or retire the dog & let the family keep him. It is not right to take this dog away from this family. New Chief or not.. it just isnt right. This should be a grand fathered rule..

I support this cause. Drugs are rampant in this county. We need every line of defense.

This working dog has become a part of his handlers family. Please let him stay with them. This dog is not an object it is a life.
