This is a petition to wake up the Utah state officials to thier lack of concern for the publics safety. Justin Davila was found to have over 3000 pornographic pictures of children before they stopped counting and 4 counts against him involving children; 3 counts of sexual abuse of a child and 1 count of sexual explotation of a minor and after serving only 7 years of his 45 year max sentence Utah wants to realease this man even though he has threatned to kill his victims. PLEASE SIGN WE NEED THIS MAN AND OTHERS LIKE HIM TO STAY BEHIND BARS!
