A Canadian Citizen and a US Citizen should not have these type of difficulties to receive Permanent Resident Status especially when the US Citizen is married to a Canadian Citizen

I really think the government should really do something about this, she has grown up in Canada all her life, and someone took advantage of them and they have to pay for his mistake. Justin Trudeau you personally need to look at this and make the right changes to lift Richards ban

Thank you MoonChild! Richard and I will make it through this with support from all. We certainly hope that this experience will help others in the same situation and to prevent it from happening in the future. More regulation should be implemented to protect innocent consumers from Immigration Consultants. The sharing of information should be improved between Immigration Canada and U.S court systems to prevent any type of corruption that would hinder a person's application. In our case, why did The Northampton County Court withhold documents for 4 years???
