Justin Granier - Justins Journey

I have worked in the criminal justice system for years, and while there are many that belong, what is being done to Justin is a perversion of what the laws are there for.

I watched Serving Life recently too & this is truly the first time I've ever felt the need to step up & say something. Anything. His case is truly a perversion of our justice system. Anyone with a heart can see his true nature, built on respect and compassion. Justin Granier has served more than enough time and it takes an amazing soul to use such a tragedy to become an even better version of humanity despite such circumstances. He is truly lucky to have such an amazing family behind him who will never give up on bringing him home where he belongs. It's time. Justice for Justin!

Though some are too far gone, prison should be designed to rehabilitate the broken, troubled and lost. Someone's hope should never be wholey taken away.

Just saw the documentary on Netflix "Serving Life" and really felt that this guy could make a different in the community. Although I dont condone the bad decisions that led to where he is at, I do believe that he has serviced his time and could be a great addition to his community. I hope that one day he will be free.

I think it's great what Justin is doing volunteering at the Hospice. I hope that he takes those life skills and empathy with him when he is finally released from prison.

I remeber Justin from high school and was amazed to see him on a random documentary I picked to watch. To see all his accomplishments in prison is awe inspiring. He has done his time, let him have freedom.

May god shoe mercy. Hospice is hard and it's clear you can handle it. My son is to heading down the path you took n it's clear to me he will have to deal with reality first before a change will take place got him.

i think he has learned his learned his lesson and should be considered to be released. he was only 19 years old and was just learning right from wrong and with the wrong people

Human rights violation! Incarceration of the innocent is a vile abuse of the system.

I support doing away with mandatory life sentences for first time offenders.

He is an amazing man...just being incarcerated is tough, but he rises above his prison walls, and gives, selflessly to so many others! What an incredibly BLESSED MAN! Such an inspriation to see God working through Justin to touch others! May he be an example to all of us as well!

He does not deserve to still be in prison. Our judicial system has failed Justin and many others! Make it right with this remorseful man and set him free! God bless you Justin. I'm behind you 100 percent and will be praying you get a chance at a Real life.

Give this man a chance, he made a mistake while young- as many do. He doesn't deserve to spend the rest of his life behind bars for something he did while he was still nearly a child.

I just recently watched the documentary telling Justin's story. The entire time I was watching it, I couldn't stop wondering, "WHY is he in prison??". I saw nothing but a man whois truly sorry for his wrong doings, but still deserves a chance at life, so, I'm signing this petition in hopes of him receiving a 2nd chance at life <3
