This young man has served much longer than what is considered a fair & reasonable amount of time. He has. & continues to rehabilitate himself in his personal life with God as well as his studies. This is a clear cut case of injustice & shows an obvious failure in our judicial system that needs to be fixed, if no other way but threw 1 prisoner at a time

I lost my son for 6 years when he was 12 yrs. Old for a crime that his father commited...there is no justice in this currupt system....prayers for justin and his family.....

While Justin is a relative through marriage, I have heard his story through numerous family members, I honestly, and through prayer believe that he is totally innocent. Case of wrong place wrong time.

Justin was involved in a crime that resulted in a murder. He drove to a house down Moody Dixon Rd. the morning of the murder to get a rifle with Lucas. Everyone in the car was on drugs. Then they drove to Delaunes with intent to rob the store with a rifle and shotgun. He got out with Lucas and a kid was murdered. He then got in the car and drove to a party and hide his clothes and gun. I fail to see how he is innocent. Stop with all the fake sympathy. Not once does this criminal think about Luke and his family. Probably should have thought before you got out the car with a rifle. Also...a lot of criminals go to church. So you can stop telling everyone that he went to church. Lastly...quit blaming the system. Blame your son for committing an unspeakable crime.

Justin and his family should quit pushing lies to the public. According to Louisiana law, Justin is GUILTY of the crime , PERIOD.
I know people who know Justin from prison and they say he is very arrogant and unapproachable. They say he is not the sweet angel his family wants you to believe he is. Don't be fooled.
Honestly though, how couldn't he have known that he was driving other people to MURDER someone else? No, what he didn't know was that he was going to get caught.
I say since he is arrogant, selfish and unapproachable, the public should act the same way towards him now that he needs our help. I think that he got the sentence he deserves. The victim and his family will never get their son back so Justin's family should never get him back. Keep him in Angola. One less criminal on the street.

He's a better human than most citizens out in the world today please free him. Now!! Its not fair to let out rapist and killers when this boy was a young man and has paid his price.. If it makes ppl feel better put him on parole like a lot of true past murderers have gotten. Thank u sincerely a human being who actually cares about second chances!!

Justin deserves a second chance!! Illegal aliens who commit murder are freed everyday!!! This man, who is a U.S. citizen, and did NOT commit the crime deserves a chance to prove he has changed and and that he was wrongfully convicted!!!

I'm signing this petition because I believe Justin shouldn't be accountable for a crime that he didn't commit. I've seen plenty of pictures posted by people showing what a great guy Justin, If he's made a difference while incarcerated I am 100% sure that he will make a huge different out in the world. he took responsibility and served his time I think it's time he gets his freedom.
