Justin has served a fair sentence to this date. He deserves to be set free. Suffice to say the state of Louisiana needs to compartmentalize the actual killers from those who were not doing the killing.

Stupid, stupid, stupid mistake.... But it should not cost him the rest of his life. None of us, at that age, think about consequences. Especially if you are not the person who actually commits the crime.

Louisiana's laws in this matter are archaic. I don't see how a jury could convict Justin of the 2nd degree murder charge ................. it should have been just the accessory after the fact charge and he should be out by now. What a ludicrous system that keeps this young man in prison for a crime he had nothing to do with.

The American justice system is the harshest in the world. It needs to change. There is a young man here in Virginia who, as a juvenile, was invloved in a robbery and is now serving 6 life sentences even though he harmed no one. Outrageuos!

Justin shouldn't serve life in prison. He should at least be, givin a second chance at life again and live a normal life with friends and family.

I don't understand why a pedophile can get 5 years but a young man who was at the wrong place at the wrong time get life. The system is warped. I hope justin gets a chance because you can see he has a kind, warm spirit.
