I dont know much about Justin by reading his journey i belive justin should be free as a life Sentence and death is harsh and cruel and every one deserves a second change...and justin should nt be there if he didnt do it...! stay stronge am signing this for justin from SYDNEY AUSTRALIA...

Wrong Place at the Wrong Time and He is spending his life in prison.. Shake My Head! As there are many MANY inmates ,as well, that are doing a ridiculous amount of time over repeat offenses ..Most are drug addicts that need REHABILITATION. NOT IN PRISON THE REST OF THEIR LIFE

We can never get back the time that's lost, but we can still give him a chance for the future. No one should have to feel "stuck" in their own life, this is our life to live and we only get one shot, give him his back, sorry someone had to loose their life, but he didn't that night for a reason and he didn't do it, so why take his life from him anyway?

Justin, I hope you continue to find peace and hope amongst the chaos. Prison in general is overpopulated, overcrowded, sometimes necessary, and alot of times unreasonable. Prison affects everyone in this world. From the finances necessary to keep it functioning to the families serving right alongside the convincted. It is similar to us in the military in terms of sacrifice we make fighting other peoples wars. Difference is, we volunteered. You did not. I believe if you are forced to pay the ultimate sacrifice, those that placed you there better be certain they can live with that decision for the rest of their lives. Just as if we were to make one bad decision in battle... we can't take that decision back... so if you are given the opportunity to reevaluate your decision a decade later- I would consider that a privledge and an honor. What is the point of punishment if there is no intent for a second chance to do it right. To recognize self-evaluation, betterment and change. To teach and learn where one went wrong and what to do next time.. if one is not given a next time. I believe people need to be looked at for who they have shown us they have the potential to become after placed in such a testing position. I do not personally know Justin and I was not there, but if no one disagrees with the facts that this gentleman has recognized, improved, and bettered himself with the potential to be a functioning man in society... it is not only less expensive by tenfold to allow him that opportunity, but his efforts shown to find peace in whichever means he chose shouldn't be thrown away because he made a stupid mistake and was in the wrong place wrong time. How many of you can say when you were a kid you never made a stupid decision, ever. The lesson will never be learned if he never gets the chance to give back positively to this world how he believes he can. Let him atleast have the opportunity to be evaluated as an adult now who has obviously recognized right from wrong a
