Saving a life especially stray animals is very tough and stress work for the independent rescuer without much assist (people) , help (money) & no space. Education is very important, nowadays human are getting more cold blooded.

This is sick, as a vet I would presume it is your duty to look after the animals brought to you for help. Totally disgusted by this.

AVA need to step in to investigate to prevent further such incident from happening, do we pull off life supporting system for a critically injured person when admitted into A&E when the patient relative can't fork out initial demanded deposit for example ? Likewise should not be any difference for cases in vet doctor. If customer refuse to pay, vet can pursue in tribunal court ?

Vets are supposed to help animals in needs on behalf of human beings who are able to speak and do things animals can't, they are highly respected for able to help animals and cure animals which are sick and suffering but not vets which are only money minded. Despite to the need of payment, vets should also help animals in need on emergency which concerns a life.
Even when a life is concerned, the vet as a doctor who do not even bother to save a life, that vet should not even be a vet in the first place and let those real animal loving vets help our beloved animals!
