On September 25, 2004 Linda Kay Audus struck a vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol. The vehicle was occupied by 3 teenagers. All 3 were injured! Jeffrey Howell will carry his emotional and physical injuries for the remainder of his life. Carrie recovered from her physical injuries but has not recovered from her emotional ones. The most severely injured, Ronald Hamblin, was never able to speak or move after the day of the accident! He was a prisoner in his own body until he passed away on August 11, 2006, from complications due to the injuries that were inflicted on him by Linda Kay Audus. His parents cared for him around the clock in their home after his accident! There are no words to describe their anguish and pain as they watched him suffer day after day for two years. His murderer is scheduled to go before a parole board on August 24th, 2009. Please join us, his parents, sister, many relatives, friends and concerned citizens to petition against Linda Kay Audus release from prison!

Sending love to the Hamblin family. Ronald was taken way too soon because of one persons selfishness.

NO parole. She took a young life and ruined others. Keep her locked up where she belongs.

She should never be allowed to walk free again. My heart breaks for this family. Rest in peace Ronald.

Keep her in prison. Drunk drivers destroy everything and she deserves to stay behind bars for what she did to that boy.

Unbelievable that this is even being considered. The family has suffered enough already.
