There is no reason he should be offered a lesser sentence. He had admitted to hitting this precious baby before, and had no remorse. The fact that it has gotten to this point, he KNEW what he was doing. He was INTENDING to hurt her. Then to leave Kylah laying unconscious until her mother got home, to the point where she was already deceased upon rival at the hospital. No call to 911 or anything. There is no doubt he had intentionally murdered this sweet 1 and a half year old helpless little girl, who was just way to young to have even defended herself.

I believe he needs the full blow charge on this innocent child. Children should never be abused nor have to live they don't need the fear for their lives. They have a full life to live for thierselves.

It's so hard to wrap ur head around how someone could beat a child to death. He deserves nothing less than the worst punishment. By that I do not mean the death penalty I mean life in prison so every time he goes on the yard he can get the same treatment he gave that poor baby.
