I think it's a shame that a petition needs to be circulated in order to get an investigation!! I'm outraged by this. The authorities should have investigated immediately!! Why hasn't it???

I can't even put into words how angry what was done to this innocent little boy and absolutely no charges and worse yet the whole investigation has been dropped against this woman. Let's hope that bringing this out to the public something will be done.

the daycare provider should be criminally charged NOW for what we do know. she did give eli proper medical attention when he needed it. she should have called 911 as soon as he was in distress.red flag right there
