No one who is in charge of a child and does nothing to help the child should ever be near one again. This person didn't care enough about the safety and health of this child. They should be locked up, pay for the medical expenses as this child will never be the same.

we need to spread awareness as more children are being abused then we know. The people responsible are getting away with it. My son was almost killed at the age of 6 months from shaken baby syndrome and a severe skull fractures the doctors didn't think he would make it. He did. Now it's been over a year and we still haven't gone to trial. The trial date has been changed because it inconvenienced the abuser. My son didn't get the option to bail out of jail like he did my son doesnt live carefree like he does. Why are we allowing these people to live better lives then their victims. I hate that I wasn't there to protect my son but I know that every child deserves to be protected from these things and we need to change something.
