Ive been a victim of abuse and been stalked by my x... They need to put their foot down on this and make it known it's serious by making the guilty pay the price serving more time to be an example for those to help save innocent lives.... My deepest sympathy goes out to the family..... I pray for justice and Gods will in this situation .... Melissa Ortiz
