Why did he receive such a light sentence? I"m in shock that he did not get life. When someone points a gun at someone, that is assault with intent to kill.

i am sickened by this. i understand the pain. my brother was killed by antifreeze poisoning by his wife lynn turner. the pain is horrific. she killed a second man who was the father of her children. dont give this person the ability to kill yet another innocent human being.
