The taking of a life, any life, for any reason other than protecting you, or someone else's life, is inexcusable. And Justice must be swift, and metted out to the fullest extent. Meaning keep the person in prison for the entire length of the sentence. He showed no mercy to his victim. So shall no mercy be shown to the convicted.
