I didnt know this young lady but there needs to be some can of justice for her. He needs to stay in prison. He didn't only kill her, he also made her life a living hell while she was alive.

I'd say hang em' high, however most consider it inhumane. That's ironic considering the murderer didn't think it was inhumane with how they chose to kill their victim. So hang him high!
