I do not think that Jeffrey Ferrell Hill should be released due to the fact he took the life of an innocent person that did not deserve to die because of his abuse. He took a daughter from her parents and from her siblings if she had any. He deserves to stay behind bars. Put yourself in her family's place. What would you want done to him.
