The University of Delaware and the City of Newark police are out of control and they should be ashaimed of themselves. The stories continue to pile up about gangs of locals brandishing guns in newark shopping center or mugging students outside of seasons pizza. I hear horror stories of rape and I personally was threatened with death by a man in his mid forties for looking at him the wrong way while walking home from a party with my girlfriend. All the while police are arresting students and the university is suspending them for underage consumption and open container violations. People are scared to go out, not becuase they might encounter a drunk student but because they might be raped, beaten or killed by a local resident. Let\'s get the police to do their job; to PROTECT AND SERVE.
