Whenever there has been injustice, Ruth has helped us receive justice. She stood by us strongly when we became victims of discrimination and bullying at work. When Line Managers and Senior team members were not willing to listen nor help, it was only Ruth who gave up her days off and family time in order to support us. If following the employment law and procedures correctly is a reason for dismissal then what is the point of having such laws in place? Ruth defines humanity. Ruth deserves justice.

Yes ruth helped lot of people Un conditions. She didn't take any money from anybody. Even late night she attended our meetings to protect us. Now our time to protect her and show our support to her. Let's get together beet this matter.

I agree we must speak with one voice and stand against the bullies working for Tesco.
I have worked for a number of years at Tesco myself and am aware of this sort of behaviour. Good on you Ruth, stand up against the bullying, we stand with you.

I have seen Ms Ruth carried out her job as Cashier and she look so professional! The smile and the way she talks to customers is awesome, that's why she should be reinstated.

knowing Ruth personally, and being an x employee of Tesco my self, I believe from the time I have been working there, that that the managers did not like her and was trying to some how dismiss her for years, because she is a threat to them,being 1 of very few who will challenge and stand up to the senior managers about the unfair treatment, bullying and abusing rights of Tesco staff, it is about time we kick out this attitude of Tesco Managers which is_ follow our way or its the highway.

I have known Ruth as a totally professional person, honest, hard working and absolutely dedicated to work place justice and safety. I believe that she is now being victimised by Tesco for empowering, mainly female, workers!

Being an employee who has also faced discrimination and breach of procedure from this same employer/company, I am more than happy to sign this petition. It is unpleasant to see employers/ managers use their authority as a mechanism to treat employees like Ruth unfairly and furthermore discriminate against them. Something needs to be done! I am glad to see steps being taken to challenge the unfairness at work and I hope Ruth gets the justice she deserves! Justice 4 Ruth has all of my support.
