Have seen Dewayne in years but have always known him be very upstanding, and if any one deserves a second chance he does.

I visited Pastor Dwayn Jewel Hill 2015 at Angola Prison. I was deeply touched by this young man's persona, character, and faith in Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The Pardon Board of Louisiana, appointed by the previous governor, has recommended commutation of Dwayne's life sentence to 99 years so that Rev. Hill can experience immediate parole eligibility. Governor J. B. Edwards, please sign and grant this gentle man of God the opportunity to live his life in service to the Trinity and the men and women whom God appoints him to serve.
Be Courageous sir!
