Caleb is only 3 months old and the perpetrator who has caused trauma and suffering beyond anything imaginable must be brought to justice.
We must act immediately to apprehend the perpetrator of these crimes to an innocent animal before this very sick individual causes more horrendous suffering to another animal, or worse, a human being!
