Please make stronger laws to protect pets and people. Along with the jail time there needs to be a large fine that is put in a fund to pay for medical treatment.

The monster who did this must be caught and put in jail. This man is a serious danger to society and must be prosecuted to the utmost of the law. In addition he needs a mental evaluation, put on a watch list and mono teed. This guy is a serious danger with a homicidal personality.

I pray the animal who did this horrific act to this poor helpless puppy be found and punished severely. We all know that's not going to happen...a fine, and a jail sentence which has been thrown out. I hate this animal...but I hate our laws regarding animal cruelty equally!
