Regardless if there's 20k signatures, they should be doing something about this!! Someone who is capable of this much damage to an innocent puppy is dangerous and evil. They need to be locked up for life, in hopes that the other inmates will "return the favor"

Anything I can do to help any animal suffering from the cruel acts of human beings I will do my best. NO animal should have to endure pain, neglect or any type of abuse for that matter. Some people should be treated the way they treated the particular animal that they harmed/tortured. May God be with them all.

Only a weak person would brutalize an innocent animal. It's even more sad that a baby had to suffer. The attacker should feel the full effect of the animal cruelty laws.

what kind of hate does this; what kind of black soul allows this to creep into their heart... they need to be found, prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and then destroyed... their kind should not be allowed to breed, let alone live.
