This is maddening...I'm very upset that a human did this to this sweet innocent angel that never had a chance to enjoy a happy life. What is it that makes people do these sick things? Drugs probably...please find the abusers and put them away for life, they can't be rehabilitated..it just doesn't happen unfortunately...the abuser continues to repeat, and find human innocents to abuse for their own thrills....I am so upset by this story, it is uncomprehensible ......

Please pass laws to punish to the fullest extent of the law. Throw them in jail and hang a sign around their neck with pictures showing what they did to this poor little dog. May they rot in hell.
