Unless this depraved monster is caught and taken out of society, he/she will continue to do this. This cannot be ignored, regardless of whether the victim is an animal or a human. When society fails to stop this...what next? What hope is there? What faith can there be in law enforcement and the justice system if this is allowed to happen? What faith can we have in our fellow human(e) beings? Please do not stop until the perpetrator of this crime, this act of evil that defies description, is caught and punished severely, taken out of society and never given a chance to do this again...to any living being....PLEASE.
