This is horrific!! The person that did this is sick and needs to be put away! Not only other dogs are at risk for abuse by this person, there might be a child that is being abused by their same hands!

The individual or individuals responsible for this on speakable despicable crime against an innocent , vulnerable creature is an evil sadistic vile subhuman thing and I believe is capable of just about anything, it is not safe for society to have this individual or individuals free to roam in a so called civil society.

I can't explain what I feel when I hest about so severe sadism acts against on someone that can't react. I hope the respondibles will be identified and locked because for sure they are highly dangerous for society
