The person who did this is a dangerous individual. It's been proven that those who commit animal abuse usually commit abuse toward human beings. This person needs to be punished so he learns that animal abuse will not be tolerated.

When are we going to obey the laws that are already in place to protect animals? When are those laws going to protect these innocent animals from the horrors that are inflicted on them. If this was a child there would be no sympathy...no deflecting...no shoving the issue under the table...no silence. We need to accept the fact that there are terrible, brutal, mean, ignorant, abusive human beings in this world & they need to be held accountable for their crimes!
