Please investigate & bring charges against the COWARD responsible for such HEINIOUS acts against a DEFENSELESS PUPPY! PROSECUE,JAIL TIME,,MAKE THEM PAY FOR MEDICAL BILLS ( they expect others to pay for the damages they caused), LIFETIME BAN FROM OWN/WORKING WITH ANY ANIMAL, & THEIR NAME ON A NATIONAL ANIMAL ABUSE REGISTRY! WE NEED THIS TOOL TO HELPRESCUES,SHELTERS,BREEDERS,REHOMERS A RESOURCE TO PROTECT ANIMALS GETTING INTO THE HANS OF A KNOWN ABUSER!!

I can't believe that some one would do this to an animal. they are truly not a human person.This person or persons need to be left in prison for the rest of their natural born lives.I am totally against animal abuse, it very much saddens me when I saw of the video and heard this poor little puppy cry it broke my heart.
