I can't stand people abusing animals

Justice must be served to the full extent of the law. The person responsible for this should do hard time and never be able to own an animal again. I'm stating my thoughts nicely as there are a few other things I would love to say.

Yes, I want justice for Caleb. Those who would prey on a vulnerable little pup are likely to move on to more horrific acts. They must be stopped!

Find the sick person , and lockk him up with all the rapists.
