The person or persons who did this not only pose a continuing threat to animals, but are likely posing a threat to children and perhaps adults as well. Sickness, such as that which caused someone to do these disturbing, disgusting acts, does not go away by itself. This person must be removed from society and either be incarcerated or institutionalized.

Whoever did this to this poor puppy needs to be locked up, away from society. It is absolutely heartbreaking to see this happen and would be even more heartbreaking if the perpetrator (s) were to be allowed to do it again to some other animal. Or a child. Find them and punish them for this heinous crime!

The person who severely abused this poor puppy is very dangerous and needs to be put behind bars. This person who abuses animals turn to people next and it would be my guess this puppy is not the first animal to suffer violently and die by the hands of this sick person.
