Allow us to place a memorial bench on City or County Property in memory of Caleb the neglected puppy

Please invest time and resources into finding the culprit(s) of this heinous act. This person is dangerous and these behaviors could very well be occurring to humans/other animals that s/he comes into contact with. I am horrified. This person (very ill/sadistic individual/monster) MUST be caught and punished according to the law and I hope they are firm, fair and strict.

Caleb needs justice a 3 month old puppy that was sodomized, burned with cigarettes, bones fractured and starved this monsters that did that to him need to be in jail and have justice for Caleb. Monsters that did that to Caleb will do it again and they need to be found and stopped from doing it to another poor puppy.
