Anyone capable of inflicting these injuries on a 3 month old puppy is a very dangerous individual. They must be found, prosecuted to the full extent and locked up for the foreseeable future.

Make a case, maximum penalty it is time these low lives received a real deterrant...who sort of mind does this? One who should be locked away for years in my opinion. Go and get these people...this is a relationship between sadistic cruelty and a vulnerable being, you think it will stop at dogs? Wrong, It starts with pets because they think the state doesn't care ...show them it does.

This puppy was abused and tortured, Caleb deserves justice.

It is deplorable and atrocious what some subhuman has done to this puppy. This is not the dark ages, people know better and know this is wrong and unacceptable behaviour. There is no excuse and this saddest needs to be held accountable for his actions.

The police should also post the $5000 reward offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Caleb's abuser in their precinct and websites. Make sure this individual is found!!!

Deeply upsetting that someone could do this to a defenceless animal. I am truly outraged that this poor dog only knew pain and suffering in his short life. This person needs catching they are unstable and need to be brought to justice

I pray they will find who did this horrible abuse to Caleb I can't believe how cruel people can be he or she should have to endure the same torture they put Caleb through
