Unfortunately, it is very likely that the animal who tortured Caleb has done this before, is doing it now to other helpless dogs, and will do it again. Also, because there is a connection between animal abuse and escalation of crimes against humans, leaving this monster free will lead to more horror to be perpetrated on innocent dogs and vulnerable humans. If we do not find this monster and put him behind bars, the crimes will be repeated and escalate. "Humans" this depraved never stop on their own.

If the police and legislature do not do something about animal cruelty in this state - may you all live to regret it! Your state and many Southern states still don't get it! These savage abominations must be punished severely. These predators will move to your children and other loved ones - they're psychos. A danger to everyone! Make an example out of this abomination and pass humane laws - be the shepherds you're here to be!
