This is the most horrifically disturbing case of animal abuse that I have ever heard of. What was done to this innocent puppy was beyond cruel, it was so inhumane, depraved, demented and despicable that it cannot even be expressed in words. The pictures of Caleb are burned into my soul. And the sound of his pitiful agonizing cries will haunt me forever. Catch this evil person. Bring him to justice and put him in jail for a long, long time. A person who does this to another living being has NO place in society. None.

The repeated cycle of abuse this poor puppy suffered is beyond animal cruelty and consistent with domestic violence. It is likely the perpetrator is already known to law enforcement. Please find this person and bring them to justice.
