My children and I cried and were haunted for 2 days after learning about this horrific crime. If Michael Vick was prosecuted, there is no reason why a despicable human being such as this should not be. I am disgusted and I would hope whatever official who holds the power to enforce accountability does so swiftly and aggressively.

The link between animal abuse and human abuse/killing is a fact and the FBI knows it. They have created NIBRS, Nat'l Incident Based Reporting System which is a register of animal abusers. The monster who killed this puppy by slow torture NEEDS to be found. He/she is a danger to society. It is a felony in many US states to abuse an animal. Find and lock this horrible human in prison for a very long time where I hope what he did to this baby will be done to him.
