It is time to end the animal abuse in the state of Georgia. The law and the courts have always ignored it. It has escalated not to such a level it is out of control. Find the garbage that did this, and punish them severely. Don't stop with finding them. Keep it going, and maybe Georgia can be cleaned up.

Any law enforcement officer who is not outraged and demand the offender of this puppy be brought to justice should not be that job capacity. You know this is just practice, they will soon move on to children.
