Please help to find the evil person that did this to Caleb, he was tortured and suffered a cruel death and this is probably not the first time and won't be the last unless he is caught and prosecuted to the fullest ..and given the opportunity a person that is sick enough to do this would do it to a child too..please don't let this go unpunished!
