The monster that did this to this innocent puppy is a very sick and disturbed individual. How many more defenseless animals have to be tortured and abuse before animal abusers are prosecuted with prison. People like this will never stop.
Precious Caleb was a baby. He didn't deserve to be so horribly tortured and abused. His life mattered. Please stand up against animal abuse. This is beyond comprehension.

Am horrified and saddened beyond belief after reading what happened to this poor puppy. Disgusting beyond belief. The video of him crying had me in tears. This weirdo needs go be caught and the law needs to throw the book at them!!
