This poor excuse for a human being needs to be brought to justice by locking him away and throw away the key . This is disturbing and heart breaking . I know there is a special place in hell for this piece of crap . This was only a baby and this is no way for him to start his life . If nothing is done , this piece of crap will do this again .

I seen & heard of many abuse cases....but none as heinous as this! The streets are not safe with this monster out there! And if this person will do this to a poor, little dog....what is stopping them from harming a child! This is a sick, dangerous person. The media needs to keep this story out there to protect the public & I hope the police will take this seriously!
