As a mental health professional, I can tell you that the person who did this is very dangerous. Please understand that cruelty to animals (especially at this level) is a precursor to harming humans. Animal abuse needs to be a federal crime with severe consequences.

He was a baby....just a little boy who never had a chance. He wanted to have friends, love a place to belong...he wanted the same thing that we all want...at least give him justice in death

Whoever is responsible needs to be put away for life. We can only hope for prison justice and even that would pale in comparison to what a young puppy endured. Unfathomable suffering that ultimately ended his life. The abuser(s) need to be held accountable. Serious punishment befitting of these most heinous crimes committed to an innocent puppy. We must set precedents. Caleb...your life needs not be in vain if the law would only serve justice.
