Any healthy mind would know that the only good thing to do now is to catch the monster and punish him as he treated this poor little angel. Justice is for everyone and this includes animals of all kind. Humans are the ones who should be extinct at some point if they don't take action and make this planet a better place for everyone.

The horror of animal abuse must become an issue for this country. Those who commit abuse/torture/killing/abandonment have a criminal and evil mind. Those who can do something about it MUST do something about it. The rescues and animal advocates work so hard...it's time for those with the authority to prosecute and punish to do so. We MUST investigate and arrest....more animals will suffer if nothing EVER gets done. My blood is boiling.
