If this doesn't shake you to your core, you are simply not human.
What better testimony that this is a crime that needs to be legislated and sentenced MUCH MUCH MORE harshly.

The definition of monster: An extremely wicked or cruel person
The person(s) responsible for the pain inflicted on dear little Caleb is truly a monster in the truest sense of the word. Whomever responsible does not deserve to be walking among society; or if will happen again, to either another animal or a human. It's proven animal cruelty is a gateway crime among Sociopaths and Serial killers. Be the voice for the voiceless, stand up and shout for Caleb!
