Allow us to place a memorial bench on City or County Property in memory of Caleb the neglected puppy

This is the worst case of abuse I have ever seen!

So so sad!

This is an egregiously vicious attack that it is safe to say was committed by a dangerous member of society. This is a gateway victimization (speculation but well founded in case studies) before the perpetrator moves on to other brazen horric attacks against humans. I would ask you please assign investigators at least for a short time to finding the perpetrator.

Evil is among us

The sick person that did this needs to be found and brought to justice, If they can do this to an innocent animal. Then the entire human race needs to be weary.

The person that did this to this innocent pup is one sick bastard and needs to be off the streets.

We need justice!!

#justiceforcaleb #justiceforallanimals #❤️Youcaleb.

It is despicable that the animal welfare system in this country still doesn't recognize our companions as living feeling beings!!! We should be going above and beyond protecting them from cruelty and abuse everywhere!!

I pray the peopke that know, come forward, do what is right! May Caleb run free across the Rainbow Bridge. God bless Caleb

This is so disturbing. Things need to be done right now and taken very serious.

This person is dangerous to the whole community. This would not be their only crime.

Justice for Caleb...an innocent ,helpless baby!

Horrible

People who do horrible things contaminate the earth with each ugly breath they take. It should be stopped.

Please find this person and make him pay for this crime!!

This person needs to be found and prosecuted and punished with more than a slap on the hand. To jail and throw away the key.

This person needs to be found and prosecuted and punished with more than a slap on the hand. To jail and throw away the key.

This must be stopped and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

This is beyond sick and cruel. Max punishment! Justice for the puppy.
