THE EVIL FREAK WHO TORTURED THIS LITTLE PUPPY IN A HORRIFIC WAY MUST BE CAUGHT AND HIS PUNISHMENT MUST BE SEVERE AND LONG. THIS FREAK, WHEN CAUGHT, MUST SUFFER THE SAME TORTURE HE/SHE GAVE THIS LITTLE DOG AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE LOCKED AWAY, HE/SHE SHOULD BE EXECUTED. Serial killers All start this way and what this poor INNOCENT BABY went through is unimaginable!
