Caleb was a puppy. By definition sweet, innocent, happy and ready for a lifelong bond with a deserving human companion. He deserved to grow old and gray, contentedly snoozing beside his loving companion on the sofa every evening. But one of sadistic monsters got him. This must stop. The true animal must be caught and caged for two reasons: to stop "it" form doing this again and to use "it" as an example of what will happen to others who attempt such things. Dogs feel emotions and are capable of love. Therefore should have the same protection under the law as humans. Unfortunately if one were to do this to Caleb's abuser, he would be facing life in prison. Rest in peace Caleb.

They need to find this person and the Feds need to charge him. Cruelty is now a Federal Crime and a Felony with real jailtime up to 5 years.
