This is a dangerous sadistic person (s) on the loose - if this can be done to an innocent animal, for sure human abuse is next - find them, lock them up and throw away the key (after you do the same and worse as what they did to this poor creature) - my heart breaks in a million pieces for what Caleb went thru - really hating humans right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
