There is one very dangerous "person" (I use that term loosely) running around Atlanta. After abusing and torturing a sweet 3-month old puppy, this abuser is still running free, biding his time until he can do this again to an animal or to a child. This person must be caught, tried and sent to prison. He doesn't ever have to be released in my opinion.

This is beyond heartbreaking, and this MUST stop. We have got to put the 'fear of God,' and by God, I mean real consequence, into people. The consequences are not severe enough in order to deter this type of evil !

Justice for Caleb!!!!! This is animal cruelty at its ugliest!! These abusers need to be brought to justice. I am appalled and absolutely enraged by this senseless violence. The suffering that poor animal went through brings me to tears. Please use every extent of the law to hold these abusers accountable. Justice for Caleb!!
